3-Day Free Trial
- ✓Every new account starts with a free 3-day trial — no payment required.
- ✓During the trial, you have full access to Business plan features.
- ✓Cancel anytime before Day 3 ends and you will not be charged.
- ✓If you do not cancel, your chosen plan begins on Day 4 and standard billing applies.
- ✓We will email you a reminder before your trial ends so there are no surprises.

Cancellations
- ✓You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone call or email needed.
- ✓Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- ✓You keep full access to all paid features until that date.
- ✓After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
- ✓No cancellation fees or penalties — ever.
Refunds
- ✓We offer a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of a new billing period (not counting the initial subscription charge).
- ✓If you experience a service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- ✓Refund requests are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- ✓If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it promptly.
- ✓Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for unused months at any time.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- ✓If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at africa-os@outlook.com — we resolve most issues within 24 hours.
- ✓We respond to all dispute emails within 48 hours with a resolution or update.
- ✓Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension while we investigate.
- ✓We provide detailed payment receipts and usage logs to support fair dispute resolution.
Service Changes
- ✓We may update pricing with 30 days' notice via email before your next renewal.
- ✓Existing subscribers keep their current price for the duration of their active subscription term.
- ✓If we discontinue a feature, we will provide at least 60 days' notice and a migration path.
- ✓You may downgrade or cancel at any time if you disagree with any changes.
